Selling complete home gym set up, with:
1. For weight training - adjustable bench, adjustable dumbbell weights + barbell attachment
2. For stretch work and recovery - yoga mat, foam roller, massage gun with 9 different attachments

This is a PERFECT set up for someone just trying to get into fitness and wants something easy to try before committing to something long term. Great choice to make sure that new years resolution is actually met this year ;D

Adjustable dumbbells go from 1.25lbs to 107lbs in 1.25lbs increments (4x1.25lbs plates; 4x2.5lbs plates; 16x5lbs plates). Enough for a (true) beginner to not hit a ceiling for at least a year.

I personally started with this set up, with no prior experience in weight training, and have lost 60 lbs. (25 kgs). Will show progress pic for proof :)
