To maximize space in this cozy unit, two fold-up tray tables are provided for dining. The living room closet will be cleared to store your belongings.

Fully stocked for all your cooking needs, including oils, spices, and an extensive tea collection. The sink is fitted with purified alkaline mineral water for drinking and cooking.
Bedroom:
Rest easy on a queen-size bed with a brand-new mattress and a selection of fresh cotton, linen, and bamboo sheets.
Bathroom:
Relax in a large tub/shower combination. Cabinets are stocked with towels and basic first aid necessities, with both a mirrored cabinet and a large shelf cleared for your personal items.
The Building:
This charming 1920s Spanish bungalow complex features a lovely courtyard. Please note there is no smoking on the premises incluidng the courtyard. This is an adult residence—you're welcome to have guests but no parties or late nights.

Perfectly situated within walking distance of Pacific Community Park, the Glendale Galleria, and The Americana at Brand outdoor mall. A quick six-minute drive brings you to Atwater Village, a vibrant neighborhood nestled between Griffith Park and the L.A. River, known for its arts scene, vintage shops, and diverse dining options.
