The room is furnished and has beautiful trees right outside the window. All utilities and are included except in the summer if you need extra A/C. The space is shared with one other person (female).
Close to Ventura: Gelson Markets, Vons, Home Goods, and all kinds of restaurants (Italian, Mediterranean, Sushi...)
