Selling a Mac Pro 2009 / 5,1 tower computer. Here are the specs:
CPU - 2 x 6 core Intel Xeon 2.53GHz CPUs (12 cores total)
32GB RAM
2TB internal Hard Drive
Currently has macOS High Sierra installed on it
We put in an upgraded GPU (graphics card) for our video editing and graphics work. The Nvidia GeForce GTX Titan Black (with 6GB Video Ram). I think the card needs more power than the Mac Pro can deliver, so I bought a separate 500W power supply just for the graphics card. With that external power supply, the side cover can't be fully closed all the way (unless you run the power cables through the back). The system runs well, but sometimes will reboot itself. I think it might have something to do with the graphics card or the power supply.
I can also just put in a lower powered basic Apple graphics card (GeForce GT120 or ATI Radeon HD 5770) instead of the Nvidia GeForce Titan Black card. Whichever you prefer.
The system can be tested out. Any other questions about it.. just let me know. Just includes the computer and power cord. I can include a monitor, mouse and keyboard if you want for an extra $40.
FYI... I might also be separately selling another similar 2009 Mac Pro, and also a HP z800 workstation computer. Thanks.
