We're looking for someone to own the IT world of our Burbank facility. Ideal candidate has prior IT teaching experience, is responsible and requires little supervision, communicates well, and provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
This is a full-time position: Monday - Friday 5:15am - 2:15pm, though hours are subject to change according to client needs.

The IT Technician / Trainer will:
-follow established policies, procedures, operating instructions and processes to provide quality customer support to clients via telephone, email and/or in-person contact for supported products and services including networks, client/server systems, PC and desktops, desktop application software, online educational software, peripheral devices, printers and others.
-assist students in an online as well as one-on-one environment.
-perform other duties as required, including assisting team members and working on special projects
-participate in company initiatives, which could include video clips, photos, surveys, and social media campaigns.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Understanding of topics covered in A+, Net+, Internet (VPN, RDP, DNS, DHCP), email, and OS imaging.
2. MCT Required.
3. Fluency in English is required.
4. Prior teaching / training experience is preferred.
