We invite you to join our team as a Tech Support Specialist in the merchant services space. This career opportunity will have a Monday-Friday schedule and is located at our office in Studio City.

The scheduled hours for this position are 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm, after an initial training period of 2 - 4 weeks.
The training period hours are 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.

We are looking to hire a full-time employee, someone who is coachable, eager to learn and assist others, and will be with our company for the long term. We are looking for someone ambitious, friendly, optimistic, and always eager to learn and help.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Create and maintain detailed logs of support requests and resolutions.
Assist clients with setting up and configuring hardware and software systems.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently.
Document technical procedures and user guides for clients.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems.
Install and configure new technology for clients, including hardware, operating systems, and software.
Provide training to clients on new systems and technologies.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry.
Assist with special projects that require technical expertise.
Ensure data security and privacy protocols are followed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Basic understanding of networking and database management
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
High school degree
