Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
• Form filling and printing shipping labels
• Verify customer information and guide applicants on required documents
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues customers may encounter on the portal
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver excellent service while upholding confidentiality and security standards

• Prior experience in customer service, call center
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
