HK Porter 4" hydraulic cable cutter for aluminum and copper - $175 (woodland hills)

I am guessing they call this a 4" cutter. I measured it across and it almost measures 4" across. With the jaws fully open, it measures about 3 3/4".

This is a hydraulic unit, you need to get your cable and pump to operate this unit.
On the bottom of the unit, I noticed were it threads in the bottom, it looks like that seal or gasket is worn out. I would recommend replacing that. Check out the pictures.
