We are a growing steel fabrication and erection company looking for a skilled Structural Steel & Ornamental Welder to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Fabricate and weld structural steel and ornamental iron (gates, rails, stairs, fences, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Perform field welding, cutting, and fitting as needed
Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and related equipment safely
Ensure quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years welding/fabrication experience (structural & ornamental preferred)
Ability to read and follow shop drawings/blueprints
Proficient in MIG / Wire feeder
Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation
Safety-conscious, dependable, and punctual
Preferred (not required):
Certified welder (AWS, LA City, or equivalent)
Experience with installation/erection in the field
Pay: Competitive – based on experience and skill level.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, with possible overtime.
