We are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on assembly experience who can work independently, follow detailed instructions, and help ensure products are assembled, labeled, packaged, and prepared accurately and efficiently. The Assembler should be comfortable using tools, interpreting work instructions, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
-Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, adhesives, screws, tape, and other hardware
-Read and follow work orders, drawings, instructions, and production documents
-Apply components and hardware accurately according to specifications
-Label, package, and stage finished items for shipment or delivery
-Perform visual quality checks and report issues when needed
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
-Communicate missing materials, discrepancies, or production issues to supervisors
-Support other departments or production needs as assigned
-Complete timekeeping and production records accurately
Qualifications
-2+ years of assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
-Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and basic drawings
-Must be able to read English and follow written work orders, drawings, and schematics
-Experience using hand tools and light power tools
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Able to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
-Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
-Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
