I’m looking for someone very unique to join me at SolutionBased.
I’m not looking for someone with just a degree or a perfect resume. Honestly, I care way more about how your brain works. I’m looking for a born engineer. Someone who naturally wants to build things, fix things, improve things, and figure things out.
The kind of person that takes things apart just to see how they work. Someone who can walk into a room, see a problem, and immediately start thinking of a better way to do it.
You need to be technical, creative, hands-on, and mechanically inclined. Someone who enjoys working with tools, prototyping, fabrication, CAD, 3D printing, mechanics, and product development. SolidWorks experience is important, but mindset is even more important.
I’ve personally designed multiple products and patents over the years, and we’re currently developing new products that need fresh ideas and creative thinking. You would be working directly with me, brainstorming, prototyping, testing, improving, and creating.
This is probably not the right job for someone who only wants structure and routine. This is for someone who loves solving problems and learning new things every day.
You don’t need to be formally trained as a mechanical engineer. Some of the smartest and most talented people I’ve met taught themselves.
