N-Hance is an innovative and affordable cabinet and floor renewal service that refinishes wood cabinets and floors without the dust, mess, or fumes of traditional methods. We’re growing and looking for a full-time Cabinet Painter and Wood Refinishing Technician to join our team. This is steady, year-round work — not seasonal or project-based.
What You’ll Do
• Mask and clean cabinet doors, drawers, and frames (both in our shop and at customer homes)
• Use HVLP and airless spray equipment to apply our professional coatings
• Transport cabinet components safely between job sites and the shop
• Install and adjust cabinet hinges and drawer glides
• Sand, prep, and detail surfaces for a flawless finish
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Work with waterborne and shellac-based paints and stains
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with masking, painting, staining, or spraying cabinets (required)
• Experience installing or adjusting cabinet hinges and drawer glides (a big plus)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• A great attitude and desire to make old woodwork look brand new again
