We are looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to assist with surface preparation, masking, and general job site support. This position offers the opportunity to learn a skilled trade, including operating spray equipment and applying polyurea coatings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for coating (cleaning, grinding, sanding, etc.)
Mask and protect surrounding areas to ensure clean application
Assist spray technicians during coating applications
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Load and unload materials and equipment

Support team with general labor tasks as needed
