-Utilization of existing systems already in place for ongoing, daily tasks for optimum efficiency and consistency
-Optimize efficiencies of daily tasks with smart routing and organizational systems to most effectively deliver services
-Coordination of scheduling and special projects
-Deliver tasks to teams clearly and with parameters and expected outcomes to give teams best chance of being successful
-Field observations and action items to promote healthy gardens throughout the year
-Oversee implementation of work and enhancements o ensure the correct materials are installed properly
-Proactively communicate and update clients on their project and garden status
-Client workflow planning and organization
-Team workflow and dispatch planning and organization
-Sustainable material and supply planning, purchasing and organization to deliver quality services
-Maintain quality relationships with clients
-Sales and enhancements
-Proactively engage and prepare for pertinent weekly management meetings to complete and resolve the ongoing list of discussion items for each week agenda
