-Assure services are delivered with the highest quality and greatest efficiency
-Promote an environment of ownership and accountability in your teams
-Follow FormLA Code of Communications in daily interactions with teams and clients for most professional representation and effective outcomes
-Follow FormLA Code of Safety to proactively prevent injuries and keep teams working and healthy
-Implement, evolve and enforce safety programs in an ongoing manner

-Proactively communicate and update clients on their project and garden status
