Resident apartment Manager and Co-manager to manage a well managed & well kept 30 unit apartment building in Van Nuys. Ideally with 5+ years of verifiable team work experience managing multifamily apartment buildings.
MANAGER - Handles Administrative tasks and cleaning tasks. Must have administrative, customer service, leasing & collection skills & experience. Must have time flexibility to perform work during 8-5 PM business hours as needed.
CO-Manager - Performs light maintenance & repair and cleaning tasks. Must be skilled & experienced performing maintenance and repairs (Have handyman type skills. No training provided. Your skills will be tested). Have own tools and transportation. Must be able to allocate 2-3 work hours at the building between 8-6 PM.
This is NOT a full-time employment. However, it is also NOT a suitable employment for individuals with other full-time employment commitments. The job is suitable for husband/wife team, self-employed, work/study from home individuals.
