Job Description
We are looking for an experienced construction worker with strong hands-on skills in commercial interior construction. The ideal candidate has a solid background in metal framing, drywall installation, patching, painting, and is comfortable using spray gun painting equipment.
Responsibilities
Install metal studs and framing according to plans and specifications
Hang, tape, and finish drywall to commercial standards
Perform drywall patching and surface preparation
Paint interior surfaces using rollers, brushes, and spray gun equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow project schedules and directions from supervisors
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial construction, tenant improvements preferred
Strong skills in metal framing, drywall, patching, and painting
Experience operating spray gun painting equipment
Ability to read basic plans and follow instructions
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work for extended periods
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience working on occupied commercial spaces
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
