Adorable cozy trailer - also called a vardo or shepherd's hut.
This sweet baby was custom-built for weekend vending events and due to unforseen circumstances, I am forced to let this go.
The trailer it is built on is an 8x10 with a 3'deep drop-down gate, creating the perfect sized porch with a bit of an overhang for shade.
This trailer is fully framed and insulated with R-13, has a gently curved top, and has sliding windows for cross ventilation.
It will comfortably sleep two people with a twin hybrid mattress on the bottom and a 10" premium memory foam mattress on top.
It also has a split lid storage chest (64" long x 24"wide) with baltic birch lid and antique-style hardware
It does not have power however, it has been pre-wried so that it can be easily finished- ijust didn't need the hookup for my purposes but wanted to make sure the option was there in case my needs changed.
The floors are laminate wood style finish for easy cleaning. Trailer maintains warmth in well in cooler weather and doesn’t get too hot in warmer weather. Plus it is quieter inside...key when "neighbors" get loud!
Included are the custom hand-made cabinets with vintage style hardware - i really wanted to keep them but they look so cute in the vardo that it would be a shame to remove them
It is also outfitted with exterior hooks to accommodate a custom IFR fabric awning with scalloped dagging (can be included) but the poles for the awning are included.
The door, while it appears to be wood, is a steel door with deadbolt and faux finished to appear as wood - very secure.
The only thing it will need is a new roof-skin, a lens for one of the lights and has a few minor aesthetic blemishes.
It saddens me to let this go but here we are.
