I have good reviews on OfferUp and can answer many questions about these. I've sold a lot of vehicles.
I am willing to meet the buyers at the DMV and assist with inquiries.
I bought this because I didn't like how other trailers off gas on the interior from the many surfaces and because these are far more durable.
This can be ONE IF THE CHEAPEST TRAILERS TO MAINTAIN. Its old but there's generally less expensive gadgets that can break. For example the windows still feel buttery smooth.
ALOT was done to this remodel and refurbishment. The new refrigerator costs about than 10% the listed price.
Before we start there are two things left to do to mention:
28 ft
1. The door gasket should be replaced (about 1 hour). It's a bit stiff. The exterior hood above it was just recently seam sealed and does most of the water shedding. The floors feel verry stiff so water damage is not a problem but if you go in a wetter climate I would replace it.
2. Paperwork, title, and old documents are available. It's a well documented well preserved vehicle. There should be NO FINES TO PAY. The vehicle was registered with the DMV on non op BY THE ORIGINAL OWNERS, an elderly couple that didn't use it. After a certain number of years the DMV removes TRAILERS (DIFFERENT FROM CARS) from the system.
So this can be good because if you want to keep it and not haul it you don't have to pay yearly fees anymore but if you want to haul it and travel you would need it haul it to the local Sheriff or dmv to have tail lights checked and register as new trailer. This is standard and quick but requires an appointment.
You would have about two weeks after purchase to haul to wherever. It would still be transferred to your name.
Another Benefit is that you could register it in a state with lower yearly fees and pay less.
Utah for example is quick and let's people pay online. You might want to hire a temporary mail forwarding local address but its not required.

No tanks. This can be a good thing since you don't have to worry about the tanks needing expensive repairs or replacement and it has tons of storage for water.
It has a rear trunk.
It has triple bottom rails instead of double.
The roof line profile is wider than usual airstreams.
It has been kept in a dry desert environment so there is little rust.
