Rear dining table, bed up front, AC, Heat, good size shower with exhaust fan. Full length awning over entry door, Wi-Fi set up on roof, solar panel on roof, full width cross storage under front of trailer, cold weather package, very good ground clearance. Two propane cylinders. Good size refrigerator. Two burner stove top, no oven. Microwave, silver ware, cooking utensils and some pots, pans and plates come with trailer. TV mounted near bed on swivel mount. Nice radio set up with inside and outside speakers and outside lighting. Outside propane hookup, with adjacent electrical plug in and sturdy steel platform that attaches to heavy duty metal fender, under awning, for outside cooking or other uses. Rear ladder to roof. Rear mounted spare tire. Stabilizing jacks on all four corners. Electric tongue jack with Manual override ability. Purchased during Covid for working remote while doing some regional traveling. Retired and no longer need trailer. Dry weight is 4950 lbs. My wife and I thought maybe someone affected by the Southern California fires could use this at this time. We can deliver (tow to LA area) for an additional $1000.
