Month to Month Term $1,198.99 a month PLUS a $900 Refundable Security deposit (as long as all rules and regulations are followed)
Week to Week Term $100 a night with a 5night/6 day (rental minimum) and a $400 Security deposit refundable as long as no damages and all rules and regulations are followed. Paid in advance of stay.
Room with own Private Bathroom with Shower dual sinks, window and Bathtub. Has exterior loft/lounge area available during stay as well.
bathroom and bedroom, located upstairs. Guest Lounge Area with comfortable couch included.
Laundry shelves will be assigned for your use only. Must provide own laundry supplies.
Bedding and Towels included(laundering of said items included)
