Growing construction & Development company in Pasadena needs experienced bookkeeper for construction accounting.
What you'll do:
- QuickBooks Online daily entries
- Job costing for projects
- Accounts payable/receivable
- lien release
- assist with payroll
What we need:
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online skills (REQUIRED)
- Construction/project accounting background
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Prevailing wages
- Project billing
- Sage 300 construction and real Estate
- Operations and office management
What we offer:
- $30 hour (based on experience)
- 40 hours per week
- Monday thru Friday
- Construction & Development industry
- Potential for more hours
