I have a small unfurnished 640 sq ft apartment detached from the main home that's no longer in use. Comes with its own private entrance leading into a gated yard, small kitchenette with an open living space, private bathroom with private tub and one bedroom (10x14). Available Dec 1st, 2025 in the 92833 zip area.
No W/D hookups but you will have 24/7 access to shared laundry onsite. Utilities included in monthly rent price, including your own A/C unit. Plenty of street parking available or you have the option to add your own spot in the driveway for an extra $110/month. Small pets considered if the yard is consistently kept clean.
I live with my partner and his sons in the main house, but we're all pretty laid back so no one will bother you. Come and go as you please, smoking outside only, no overnight guests longer than 3 consecutive nights unless direct approval is given. We have cameras outside the property solely for security purposes. Just be respectful of the property but the space is yours to exist as you please. 420 friendly, pet friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly. Single occupants preferred but will consider 2 people max.
Not too strict on credit scores if you can prove your income, but we will require a MANDATORY background check which will require a small fee (CashApp, Zelle, or Paypal accepted). I hope you can understand this, we don't have an agent or anything just doing this all ourselves, so we want to be as cautious moving forward as possible before inviting just anyone to stay in our home. A portion of this fee will be refunded to you if your application is denied as a thank you for your time and interest. Total move in cost breakdown:
$45 Application Fee (refund flat rate $15.00 if your application is denied)
$1240 First Month's Rent + $135 First Month's Utilities (total $1375/month)
$950 Required Security Deposit
$110 Optional Parking Fee =
