My husband and I are the current tenants and looking for someone to take over our lease through May 31st, 2025.
About the Apartment
- brand-new appliances, fixtures, paint, and flooring (you’ll be the second tenant, it's newly renovated)
- Top floor of 3-story apartment building
- Secure entry with flexible access – front door has a programmable keypad or use a traditional key.
- In-unit laundry
- Fridge, dishwasher, and stove
- Assigned parking in a secure, gated lot that requires you to punch in a gate code to enter
- Secured building with coded front entrance
- On-site secure bike storage
- Pet-friendly (dogs and cats)
About the location:
- Short walk to grocery store (Stater Bros and Armen Market), some shops (including a good brunch spot and cafe), and the 267 bus stop
- Quiet neighborhood
- View of the San Gabriel mountains from your bedroom window
About the lease:
- Lease takeover starting September/October 2025 (flexible) through March 31, 2025
- The monthly rent is $2350, but we are offering a rent concession of $400/month through the end of the lease so that your effective rent is $2000/month
- Deposit is one month's rent, which we will subsidize so that it's $2000 for you
- Option to renew month-to-month after March 31st at $2500/month
- Option to purchase and/or keep select furniture of ours
