We are looking for responsible, reliable, respectful, and considerate tenants to rent a cozy, super clean, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms townhouse located in a small, gated community complex in Pomona.
- All bedrooms are located upstairs with carpet flooring.
- Two of the bedrooms are MEDIUM-sized bedrooms (approx. 12 x 12 ft.) with a SHARED bathroom.
- The other bedroom is a HUGE MASTER bedroom which includes a walk-in closet and private personal bathroom.
- Most of the rooms are covered with mirror walls.
- The living room, kitchen and bathrooms are covered in large ceramic tiles for easy maintenance.
- Appliances (refrigerator, stove range, washer, and dryer) are included.
- Brand new ceiling fans/lights in the living and dining rooms.
- The house also has a private concrete backyard, easy to maintain, with a private side gate for easy access to the green area; and has a very convenient attached 2-car garage.
- Owner will pay for the Water, Trash and HOA dues.

It is conveniently located close to schools and colleges/universities, parks, easy walking, and minutes away from bus stop, Pomona Amtrak, library, city hall, courthouse, police station, banks, churches, and downtown Pomona.

Application/rental requirements:
- Minimum terms of one year lease.

- Renters will be responsible for the Gas, Electric, and Cable/Internet/Home Phone bills.
- Renter’s Insurance is required.
- NO PETS are allowed.

The monthly rent is $2850/month.
There’s a deposit which equals to one month's rent ($2850) and approximately $40/adult non-refundable credit check fee.
