Pet Policy
We accept both dogs and cats with no weight restrictions, but with some dog breed restrictions. Deposits are $500 per dog and $250 per cat. Pet Rents are $50 per dog per month and $25 per cat per month.
Income Requirements
Your gross monthly income must be at least two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rent. We also run a credit screening.
Driving Directions
Traveling on CA I-10 take exit CA-39 S/S Azusa Ave and travel south. Turn left onto Amar Road and then a right onto E. Temple Avenue and our leasing office will be on the right-hand side.
Traveling on CA I-60 take exit CA-39 N/N Azusa and travel north. Turn right onto Temple Avenue and our Leasing office is on the left hand side.
