Pet Policy
We accept both dogs and cats with no weight restrictions, but with some dog breed restrictions. Deposits are $500 per dog and $250 per cat. Pet Rents are $50 per dog per month and $25 per cat per month.Income Requirements
Your gross monthly income must be at least two and a half (2.5) times the monthly rent. We also run a credit screening.
Driving Directions
