Antique Fenton Carnival Glass. Iridescent cobalt, fine rib 16'5" swung glass.
Early 1900s.
This vase is a beauty! This is a 16.5" tall iridescent silver/cobalt blue Carnival glass vase by Fenton.
Also known as a "swung vase," these hand finished pieces of glass were molded shorter, then after being removed from the mold & reheated, swung to stretch to its final height.
Condition: Pre-owned but good. There is one flaw and that is a small chip on the top lip (See 3rd photo). No other chips or cracks.
