Seeking Capital partners for Real Estate business 2025 - $50,000 (San Marino)

I am starting a syndication group with myself as the general partner
in these opportunities. I am a licensed realtor and come across on a daily basis
many real estate properties in distressed status, or some that just need upgrades,
and quick repairs to be done on them.
Plan is to invest as little as $50,000 for a period of 3-6 months on each investment deal.
The investment capital will be utilize to purchase many of these distressed properties
that need remodeling or just upgrades. My role will be facilitate these
opportunities and purchase them with all the capital raised. After repairs
and upgrades are made, then the properties will be put on the market for sale.
Every partner in the syndication will be paid out up to 25 percent of the total
profits earned. Of course after all real estate brokers and fees are paid.
