The platform has grown each month with new users and with very little advertising. In addition to the increasing number of users, we're seeing a steady increase in POSTS and interactions between users. (USER ENGAGEMENT). Currently seeking an Angel investor or investment group to provide us a first round of funding. We've used our own money, approximately $31k, as pre-seed capital and have gone through beta testing and currently have a membership base of 18,000 users. We're offering an equity position (percentage of business ownership and profits) to a qualified investor who can provide funding for the continued technology upgrades, including Generative AI and for marketing campaigns to include social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and paid social media ads. NOW, we need to focus on acquiring PAID SUBSCRIBERS. We will do this with hiring influencers, social media advertising, late night cable ads.
We've created a complete subscription-based video share and subscription system offering features and services to include the ability to upload videos, import videos from TikTok or YouTube by copying and pasting the URL, recording of live streaming, create or share short videos and reels, to compete with TikTok. However, we will be based in the U S., which is very relevant right now. Our platform is now available online via desktop and is mobile-friendly via Chrome or Safari browsers, respectively. This is a TikTok meets YouTube meets Instagram, all-in-one platform, as it offers all of the same features of each of those combined, plus it pairs with our social media platform itself.
Again, one of the many things that separate us from TikTok and others is that users can import videos from other platforms by copying and pasting the URL of the video that is on the other platforms and bringing all of the details, tags, titles, with the import process. Everything auto-fills for them, making it easier for them to build their channel on our platform! 100% unique!
We have a brandable domain, marketing materials and social media accounts (all set up). We've put $30k of our own money in to the development of the UI/UX. Now, we're seeking a round of funding from an Angel investor or investment group who can provide for continued expansion of technology including AI, and for marketing. We are open to working with licensed brokers.
