Overview: Account Executive for Total Wireless by Verizon -Bilingual (English + Chinese or Spanish) is required
As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind our growth and success! You’ll engage with clients, recruit and onboard new dealers to open Total Wireless exclusive retail stores. harnessing your negotiation skills and business development expertise to build lasting relationships. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our B2B sales initiatives. If you’re passionate about sales and eager to make an impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What you’ll do
-Recruit and onboard new dealers to open Total Wireless exclusive retail stores.
-Develop B2B relationships with business owners to promote Total Wireless opportunities.
-Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, events, and local business networking.
-Provide hands-on training for new dealers and store staff — covering activation processes, merchandising, sales techniques, and brand compliance.
-Support and manage existing store partners, providing training, operational guidance, and performance feedback.
-Conduct audits on retail doors to ensure compliance with Total Wireless standards and promotional execution.
-Collaborate with internal teams to drive activation performance, marketing, and expansion initiatives.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management
-Drive new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and conducting warm calls
-Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract leads
-Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics
-Lead negotiations with prospective clients to close deals that align with their needs and our offerings
Basic qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
Preferred qualifications
-Proven experience in wireless, telecom, B2B sales, or outside sales is a plus
-Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
-Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
-Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
