Los Pobladores refers to the original settlers of Los Angeles. I believe there were approximately 7 founding families.
Los Pobladores is also the name of a present day club of the founder's descendants.
This pin belonged to the grandson of the grandson of Pio Pico, the last governor of mexican ruled California.
The pin measures about 1-1/2" tall x 1" wide. The standing frame w a glass face is included.
