“Without Notes,” the award-winning international conversation podcast featuring prominent celebrity guests, is seeking a sharp, news-obsessed Associate Producer. Now in its 11th year and among YouTube’s most critically acclaimed conversation shows, we’re expanding our small, fast, no-drama team.
You are intelligent, detail-oriented, relentlessly reliable, and genuinely curious about how great interviews are made. You devour news, spot storylines, and keep plates spinning with grace.
What you’ll do
- Book compelling guests and manage outreach, calendars, and confirmations
- Drive promotion across social and partner channels; craft blurbs, thumbnails, and micro-clips with editors
- Support end-to-end production: research briefs, run of show, guest prep, and light post-production coordination
- Track episode performance and brainstorm growth experiments
What we’re looking for
- Excellent writing, organization, and follow-through
- Comfort in Google Workspace and creator tools; basic YouTube savvy a plus
- Professionalism, discretion, and deadline discipline
