Woodworker needed for a custom walnut picture frame

I need a load-bearing stained walnut frame to enclose an LED lightbox + glazing
- 25" wide, 37" long, 1.5" deep
- Needs a thin veneer backer (with air vents for cooling) that slides in the back to cover everything
- Needs Z-clip screwed into the back top edge
- Needs 1x semicircular hole drilled in bottom edge to let a cord pass through
- Needs a hold-down mechanism to keep the lightbox pushed against the face; rotating tab, threaded insert, up to you as long as it works and is reversible
- Needs to be sturdy as the lightbox + glazing weighs ~15lb

I drop off the stuff to enclose + half the cash, I return 10 days later with the rest of the money and pick up
