I’m looking for a knowledgeable garden owner who is hands on to help me as a hands-on instructor in ornamental horticulture and garden improvement for a private two-hour session in Pasadena.

The ideal person will have experience with:

Ornamental plants, shrubs, and small trees suited to Southern California

Garden layout, pruning, soil care, and plant health

Aesthetic garden improvement and maintenance techniques

This is a one-time two-hour paid session at $50/hr ($100 total). The goal is to learn practical methods for enhancing a residential garden — not just theory.

Requirements:

Long time background in gardening, preferably as an owner

Ability to show off techniques

Bring basic tools or reference materials if needed
