We are a growing wholesale fashion accessories company seeking a motivated, bilingual Customer Service Representative who thrives on building relationships and driving account growth.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong phone presence, a proactive mindset, and a passion for turning customer interactions into long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
*Serve as the main point of contact via phone and email
*Process wholesale orders and recommend products to maximize sales opportunities
*Provide pricing, inventory, and shipping updates
*Resolve issues quickly while strengthening customer relationships
*Identify upselling and repeat-order opportunities
What We’re Looking For
*Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
*Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent phone skills
*Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
*B2B or wholesale experience is a plus

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
In-office in South El Monte, CA
