A online retailer is looking for an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative who has at least one years related experience. This position offers significant room for growth, and chance to take on an impressive amount of responsibility.
★ Duties & Responsibilities
- Familiar with eBay, Amazon and other marketplaces; has experiences with Channeladvisor/Salesforce/Cloud Conversion, CRM etc. and Shipworks/Shipstation/etc. is a plus.
- Monitor and manage all avenues of communication with customers to maintain a good reputation of the company's brands and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Responsible for customer service related issues: take care of customer emails & phone calls regarding orders, products, etc.; process marketplace cases and return RMA; to maintain good feedback and rating of online accounts; etc.
- Familiar with shipping by UPS USPS and FedEx (Worldship, Ship Manager, Stamps.com, etc.), experienced with their policies, claim procedures, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
★ Education & Experience
- High school diploma and up, preferred with minimum of one years' related eCommerce customer service work experience.
- Advanced written and spoken (English) communication and administrative skills, and with excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.
- Exceptional time-management, planning, and administrative skills and has ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit and outgoing character, high degree of energy, detail-oriented character, self-motivation, and flexibility.
- Applicants must be able to work both individually and with an intimate team as well as being comfortable at multi-tasking.
