Hi,
I bought this nice 1960 Chevrolet Biscayne Sedan Delivery to use for some magazine articles, which I will do as I try to find a buyer. Soon, we will take the original paint body down to bare metal and seal it with Eastwood’s new roll-on epoxy primer.
This is an original 17,000 mile car that was originally a 6-cylinder w/3-speed manual transmission. Early in its life, it was converted to a 283 V-8 (still has a generator).
It is very rust-free, except for the floor pans, which were covered by a vinyl flooring that trapped moisture underneath. The rest of the car is very solid. It came from Northern California. I like buying cars, like this one, that haven’t been touched, because there isn’t bad bodywork hiding underneath.
1960 is the last year for Chevrolet sedan deliveries. Only around 4,000 were made.
Title is clear and in my name and the car is currently registered and insured. I am somewhat negotiable with my price. It depends on how quickly you buy it. If you are interested, I can take more photos. Let me know.
