2013 Ram Cargo Van converted - livable build out in the back (vanlife)
I lived in this van full-time after losing my home to the Eaton Fire at the beginning of last year. Took it across the country and back. It was a god-send and has served me so well, but am now looking for a smaller vehicle that's better for commuting.
Clean title -- registration current
Van takes Flex Fuel (E-85), which in Los Angeles saves you about $1.50 per gallon, but it also runs on standard gas if E-85 is not available.
Build features include:
• Built-in sink (w/ USB-C rechargeable faucet/pump); small countertop and shelves underneath
• 5-gallon fresh water jug (underneath sink and accessible via driver's-side rear door)
• Bed platform with storage underneath
• Light insulation (not heavily insulated)
• Insertable blackout covers for all rear windows for sleeping (stored in netting on ceiling in the back)
• Bar above and behind driver and passenger seat for hanging curtain
Please note the following:
Exterior - Has No Major Dings or Dents. Minor dent (aesthetic only) on the top of the right rear door and by same door's handle.
Interior - Has No Rips Tears Holes or Odor
Recent Maintenance & Updates:
• Tires are less than 6 months old and have good tread.
• Recently eplaced right rear rotor and both rear brake pads.
• Recently replaced computer module
Tires have less than 4K miles - Comes with 2 Keys !
