What you’ll do:
Answer emails and site support chat
Provide basic support / answer simple questions
About 30–60 emails per day
Hours / availability:
We need coverage between 9am–3pm.
During that time, you need to be able to reply within 5 minutes when support request comes in
Great if you work from home and want some extra income, as long as you can stay available
