Music School is looking to fill a couple of teaching positions. Namely, voice and violin.
A private music school in the Glendale area is looking to fill a few part-time teaching positions. We are specifically seeking instructors who can teach piano plus at least one additional instrument (voice, violin and cello) at an intermediate level or higher.
We provide personalized, one-on-one lessons for children and adults of all ages and levels. Teaching typically takes place during afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Please note: we do not hire instructors who only teach one instrument.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years of private teaching experience (one-on-one, in-person)
Degree in Music Education required
Professional in appearance, punctuality, organization, and communication
Loves children and teaching
Consistent, reliable availability each week (no frequent rescheduling)
Creative, upbeat, and encouraging teaching style
Local to the area, with no long-term travel plans that would interrupt weekly lessons
