8/23: Model Train Show and Sale Saturday August 23 (Arcadia)

If you enjoy electric trains (like Lionel, American Flyer, or Marx) or if you collect toys or railroad memorabilia, this event is for you. All ages are welcome. Admission and parking are FREE. Hours: 10 AM - 1 PM.
Do you remember American Flyer trains or Erector Sets from when you were growing up? This will be a very special event for you as members of the A.C. Gilbert Society and the Southern California S-Gaugers will be joining with us us this month. Expect to see some built-up Erector items on display and learn more about this niche of the model train hobby.
We'll have some operating train layouts - bring your trains to run, and (maybe) an auction where you can pick up some great bargains. If you have an old train that isn't running up to par, bring it along; our repair experts can get it back on the rails. Refreshments will be available.
