Moo’s Craft Barbecue is a family-owned, Los Angeles–based restaurant known for our award-winning “Texas barbecue with an LA twist.” What started as a backyard pop-up has grown into one of LA’s most celebrated BBQ destinations. We are passionate about craft, hospitality, and teamwork — and we’re looking for a dependable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team.

Job Summary

As a Dishwasher at Moo’s Craft Barbecue, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. You’ll be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, ensuring the kitchen is stocked and ready for smooth service. This is a great entry-level opportunity with room to grow within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes. large stock pots, bins cutting boards etc. 
• Keep dish station, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Change dish machine chemicals and monitor proper temperatures (if applicable)
• Take out trash and recycling; follow proper disposal and break-down procedures
• Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
• Restock clean dishes and utensils for front-of-house and back-of-house use
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support kitchen staff as needed during prep and service

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 25–50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
