Ferrazzani’s is looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Cook to join our team and help bring our beloved baked pastas—lasagnas, stuffed shells, and other specialties—to life for pop-ups and holiday events. This role is hands-on, and deeply rewarding for someone who loves Italian food traditions and working with a team.
Schedule:
- Day shifts Thursday–Sunday
- Includes working Sunday pop-ups, 4–8 p.m., and helping with load-in/out between the shop and event site
Responsibilities:
- Sheet and prepare fresh pasta for lasagna, make stuffed shells, and baked pasta dishes
- Make sauces and assist with event production
- Support with set-up, service, and breakdown at Sunday pop-ups
- Safely transport food and supplies between the shop and event site
Requirements:
- Dependable, organized, and ready to work hard as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, be on your feet all day, and move comfortably in a kitchen and event setting
- Strong attention to detail and care for product consistency
-Previous kitchen production or pasta experience required
