I’m looking for a motivated, personable professional who can help generate and book warm leads for a boutique consulting practice.
The work involves reaching out (by email, LinkedIn, or phone) to executives, entrepreneurs, or small business owners, introducing our consulting services, and scheduling 30-minute clarity calls. You are not selling a product — you’re opening a conversation with people who already need strategic help.
Ideal candidates are experienced in B2B or professional services outreach (financial, business, or advisory). If you’ve worked in executive assistance, appointment setting, or client relationship roles, that’s a plus.
Pay: 10% of gross sales
Flexible hours, remote work, and creative freedom for how you find leads (LinkedIn, email, referrals, etc.).
What I’m looking for:
• Clear communicator with excellent written English
• Polite persistence (you follow up without being pushy)
• Organized and honest
• Experience with outreach tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or CRM systems is a plus
