1930 Crane Elegia Pedestal Sink Pres. Hoover Connection - $3,250 (Pasadena)

This pedestal lavatory was removed from an estate property once owned
by Herbert Hoover Jr...his father President Hoover visited his son often enough
that it was called the "Winter White House" back in the day.
The lavatory itself is in very good condition (vitreous china).
The original faucet was in poor condition and leaked constantly.
The faucet was removed and mechanically rebuilt.
The faucet spout was professionally re-plated in heavy chrome.
I assembled the faucet in two different configurations, both are period correct
and the buyer can choose their preference.
All the faucet parts are original period Crane parts.
