Why am I having this sale? Well, obviously I'm moving out and won't be taking anything with me. Therefore,
I'm offering everything at a reasonable price. There's a FRIDGE, a SOFA, a LAMP, SOME DESKS, A KITCHEN
TABLE, A BED, A CORONA-SMITH TYPEWRITER, 2015 MAC LAPTOP (it's very slow due to viruses,
but if you reinstall at your local electronics store, it'll run like new), SOME MOVIES, SOME BOOKS,
SMALL MICROWAVE, SMALL COFFEE MACHINE, SMALL TOASTER/GRILL, A TELEVISION,
and its STAND. Overall the quality of theses things is great, but they are old nonetheless, so please don't
expect any luxury items.
The photos I posted display all theses items. I'm even willing to let go of the coffee mugs, silverware,
steak knives and plates, should you be interested.
Like the title says, it's an apartment CLEARANCE. Everything must go by the 21st of September (of 2025, of course).
Anything left after that date will be tossed out. Naturally, I'd rather sell it at a discount than discard it on the corner.
The price of each item will not be "dirt" cheap or garage sale cheap, but within a very acceptable parameter. Prices
will be talked about upon arrival. There are too many items to list here.
However,
PRICE ARE NEGOTIABLE.
BUT ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO MONEY ORDERS. NO CHECKS. NO VENMO.
ONLY CASH and ZELLE are accepted.
So, if you're interested please bring a truck, a helper, or anything you need to help you lug things out. I'll be around
to help as well if needed. If the bed interests you, please bring some tools. I'll definitely help you with easy disassembly
if needed.
