Love this pull out.

Put a brand new $200 memory foam mattress in it and never used it. Feel great to sit on. The whole sofa was cleaned twice at $100 each time and never used since then.

Interior bed needs a small repair to hold up the top right side of the bed better which is why I am discounting so much.
