The sofa is in great condition, barely used, clean and it was kept in a home with no smokers, pets or children. It was purchased to eventually accommodate guests but they didn’t show up. The pull out bed wasn’t used at all. The seat covers are removable so they can be washed. The seats are deep and the fabric is soft velvet. The sofa is comfortable and cozy. Original price was $1.5k. I’m selling it because I’m relocating and I can’t take it with me.
I also have a matching regular sofa with same measurements and color.
