ALL SEASONS POOL SERVICE
Service Policies and Procedures
ALL SEASONS POOL SERVICE provides weekly dependable, quality service at a competitive monthly rate. I will arrive once a week on the arranged day and time (between a 2 to 4 hour time period) to provide a full service to the swimming pool.
The following is All Seasons service routin
1) Net the leaves and other debris off the top of the swimming pool.
2) Vacuum pool floor and steps every week (weather depending).
3) Brush tiles with an enhanced tile soap to prevent calcium build up.
4) Measure water chemistry levels. Add chemicals to balance chlorine and Ph. levels to prevent algae growth.
5) Dump out the debris that accumulates in the skimmer and pump baskets.
6) I will provide a full break down of the filtration system to clean thoroughly to maintain clean and clear water to swim in. The filter cleaning will be a separate service charge and will be billed in the current billing period.
7) There will be a 6 Month Bromine Treatment charge before the swim season and will be billed on the month of April’s statement. This helps strengthen the chlorine to prevent cloudy water and algae growth in the pool.
8) Buckets of chlorine tablets and dispensing floaters will be purchased through All Seasons and provided upon taking over service.
*Policies:
If the service day falls on a rainy day, chemicals will be measured and balanced, baskets will be emptied. The pool will be cleaned on the next scheduled service day. There will be no credits issued due to inclement weather conditions.
If there is a pool cover on the pool, I require the cover to be off before I show up. I cannot remove it myself due to any complications that might occur (ripping, tearing, etc.) and be held accountable for it.
All the following major holidays will be observed. The following holidays are:
