Payroll Human Resources Administrator (Chino)

compensation: compensation based on education and experience

Established company is recruiting for a Payroll/Human Resource Administrator to handle day-to-day generalist duties including biweekly payroll, maintain personnel records and documents, recruiting, new hire orientation, administration of workers comp. and health benefits.
Duties also include policy development, advising management, compliance to regulatory concerns.
Qualification requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, 5+ years exp. as an HR generalist or equivalent.
Knowledge of in-house payroll preparation (using Sage computer program).
Overall basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and email.
Must have excellent research skills.
The ideal candidate enjoys a variety of work, has sound judgement, and a passion for HR.
